SNOW is the Southland

We've had 2 days off of work and school now.  

 The first day, I had off while Aaron and Avery had a half day.  Kendall stayed home with me.

 This morning the girls were so excited when they saw the snow - it didn't really start to snow until after they had gone to bed.  This is how I found them shortly after waking up. So cute!

 After breakfast we bundled up (as best we could with no real snow attire) and headed out!

 Rain boots will have to do.

 Only a few inches, but enough to shut things down in the south.

We will see what tomorrow has in store...whether it's back to work or another day to play!

 Today Daddy turned 34! He celebrated with a dinner out with mommy yesterday (just adults), sleeping in this morning, waking up to breakfast, favorite dinner of swiss steak and mashed potatoes, homemade cheesecake, and winning Euchre. I'm guessing he had a nice day given he kept saying he wished everyday could be like today!
