I have never cooked more than during and after the great flood. I figured we might as well make good use of the all the time at home, so we made sugar cookies. 
We also played a lot of chess. Kendall is getting really good. She even beat her mom.
After the sun came out and dried things up we went outside for some fresh air.
We later got to spend some adult time at the Def Leopard concert. It was a really good time. We met several teachers and tailgated a bit before. It was a blast.
