Holy Cow!

Tomorrow takes us to 30 days and counting - holy cow! I can't believe it.

Spent part of today making meals to freeze in preparation. Thanks to the advice of friends, I made some shredded chicken, white chili, a dozen black bean burgers, and baked ziti. I have a few more casserole dishes to fill and I'll be all set - or, at least a bit more prepared.

The Masons are here this weekend. The guys came for the Arkansas/Gamecocks game and Linda came along to get her Kendall fix. They arrived last night and we didn't do much today...watched football and horse racing. Tomorrow we'll likely go out to breakfast/brunch to celebrate Linda's birthday (Nov. 12) and mine (Nov. 14). They'll have to leave tomorrow afternoon.

Kendall came down with her first official ear infections on Wednesday, so I stayed home with her on Thursday and Aaron stayed with her Friday. The doctor put her on antibiotics and her fever finally broke today. She has been noticeably punky, but you can tell she was starting to feel better tonight.
