Little Bo Peep

So, who doesn't love receiving a package in the mail? Not me. And true to form we received one yesterday from Mom/Dad Redmond. It consisted of several items...a veritable trip down memory lane: A book about mother/daughter memories which was a hoot to look through; some old pictures or me to compare to Kendall; articles that I wrote for the local paper in high school; a contract that Aaron and I made up prior to getting married (a list of things I vowed not to deprive him of - hilarious!); a pink Tigers Jersey for me; and two little bonnets for Kendall, of which I think Gma has been literally obsessed with finding since their last visit here for the baptism. Thank you!

In other news, Aaron did quite well on his day home with Kendall this week...much better than I did on my day at work. I missed her! I love that he commented that women were all over him the entire day while they were out and about running errands...his little chick magnet - only, he later admitted that all these admirers were of the grandmother variety.

This weekend we don't have much planned - probably some yard work and a birthday party for our friend's son, Jackson at the bowling alley on Sunday.

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there...wish we could be with you all to celebrate! In lieu of sending flowers, here are some pictures of those in our yard that are doing quite well this year with the help of some miracle grow.
